Update on the Connecticut Rescue Bill

Unfortunately, last week Governor Malloy signed the bill that could put us out of business in CT. PAWS has joined with the Federation of Responsible Rescues, and we are now in talks about potential legal actions (potentially a class action law suit) that we can do to fight this.
