Lori & Sue-Bonded Pair - NE on 10-17
Size: Small
Age: Adult
Gender: Female
Breeds: Chihuahua, Crossbreed
Lori and Sue are sweet little snuggle bugs looking for a peaceful home where they can feel safe, loved, and secure together. They don’t ask for much—just a soft bed, cozy blankets, a warm lap, and someone to quietly keep them company.Age: Adult
Gender: Female
Breeds: Chihuahua, Crossbreed
Unknown with Cats
After losing the only home and person they knew, they are understandably still adjusting, but these easygoing girls are simply looking for comfort and stability. They were clearly accustomed to living a quiet, peaceful life with an elderly woman and spending most of their time relaxing near her. Therefore, they would likely thrive in a quieter home without much chaos or commotion. While they have no known history with children, respectful older children may be a good fit.
Lori, the black one, is the shyer and more reserved of the two. Sue, the reddish-colored girl, is slightly more outgoing and active, but she is still very calm and low-energy overall.
Most of all, Lori and Sue need to stay together and find someone who will give them the time, patience, and love they need and deserve to feel at home again.

Adoption fees cover pre-adoption veterinary costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age-appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England, if necessary. The adoption fee is set at a level that enables adoption; they do not cover our costs. Thank you for your generosity and interest in our dogs!
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse, whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
