Maggie is a 9-month-old ball of energy who bounces through life with unstoppable enthusiasm! This spunky girl has already beaten parvo, proving early on that she’s one tough little cookie with plenty of fight and spirit.

Maggie is believed to be a high-content cattle dog mix, and boy, does she live up to it! She is HIGH energy, incredibly smart, driven, and just a little pushy! She’s the kind of dog who wakes up ready to conquer the world and expects you to keep up.

Maggie is a good girl, but she’s not for the faint of heart! She can be pushy with other dogs sometimes, but she takes corrections well and learns quickly. She’s still a young pup figuring out her manners and boundaries, and she’ll need someone willing to provide consistency, structure, and plenty of positive reinforcement.

This girl isn’t looking for a couch potato lifestyle. She needs an active, experienced owner who understands working breeds and enjoys a dog with a BIG personality. Whether it’s hiking, agility, advanced training, or simply giving her a job to do, Maggie thrives when her mind and body are busy.

And let’s be clear: a sense of humor is a MUST! Maggie is full of personality, enthusiasm, and probably a few ideas of her own that you didn’t sign up for. LOL!

In the right home, Maggie could be an incredible companion. She’s intelligent, eager to learn, and ready to build a strong bond with someone who appreciates everything that makes her special.

Maggie isn’t the easiest puppy, but for the right person, she just might be the most rewarding.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the South and New England.

Adoption fees cover pre-adoption veterinary costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age-appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England, if necessary. The adoption fee is set at a level that enables adoption; they do not cover our costs. Thank you for your generosity and interest in our dogs!

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse, whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
