Seamus and his brother, who has already found his forever home, were found surviving in a rough area of Memphis. For the first year and a half of his life, Seamus navigated the streets on his own. Despite such a hard beginning, he never lost his gentle nature or his trust in people. After being rescued, he was placed in a boarding facility, where he remains patiently waiting for his own fresh start.
And what a wonderful boy he is.
Seamus is incredibly friendly and has the softest, gentlest soul. He lights up when meeting new people, happily soaking up every bit of attention offered. He’s known for giving the sweetest hugs, leaning in close as if to say, “Thank you for noticing me.” His affectionate nature and easygoing personality make him a joy to be around.
While boarding has kept him safe, what Seamus truly needs is a home — a place where he can finally exhale, learn the comforts of family life, and build a lasting bond with someone who sees just how special he is. After spending so much of his life fending for himself, he may need a little patience as he adjusts to a home routine. But with kindness and guidance, he will blossom beautifully.
In return, Seamus will give his whole heart. His loyalty, companionship, and endless love will more than reward the person who chooses him.
He’s done surviving. Now he’s ready to start living — and loving — for the rest of his life.
