Caroline & Emma
Size: Medium
Age: Senior
Gender: Female
Breeds: Australian Shepherd, Crossbreed
Meet Emma (brown 10 year old girl)) and Caroline (black/gray 11 year old girl). They are two of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. These two sisters are the very definition of a “velcro dog”. Age: Senior
Gender: Female
Breeds: Australian Shepherd, Crossbreed
Unknown with Cats
Sadly, their owner passed away so they are looking for their forever home where they can stay together and share their warm, loyal companionship with someone who will cherish them as much as they'll cherish you.
They love being by your side. They will curl up by your feet or put their head in your lap and follow you from room to room. Need a snuggle? They have you covered.
They are also very active and enjoy long walks and have plenty of energy.
Both girls are already house and crate trained, and handle and car rides just fine.
Emma can use some work walking on the leash and Caroline was initially fearful of going up and down stairs, but in time has proven she is capable (front steps, beds, and couches are no problem). Both are well behaved and love to please you.
They seem very well socialized and get along nicely with other dogs and people.
Australian Shepherds are an amazing breed. They do require both mental and physical stimulus or they can get bored. They are getting three good walks a day in their foster home.
These two girls will capture your heart just as they have their foster parents’.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
