Rin is a petite brindle beauty, about 2-3 years old, with a massive zest for life packed into her small frame. She’s sweet, playful, and fast on her feet—especially when there’s a tennis ball involved!
Rinny’s journey began at the Memphis Animal Shelter, where she found herself “on the list.” Thankfully, a compassionate person stepped in to change her future, and she made her way to rescue status. For almost a year, this girl has been patiently waiting in foster care for the loving forever home she deserves.
Rinny is full of personality—energetic, affectionate, incredibly smart, and always eager to learn. She already knows several basic commands as you can see here: https://youtube.com/shorts/mnnSy7AHaEo
She loves car rides, short walks, hikes, and showing off her hilarious zoomies when she’s feeling happy. Tug-of-war is one of her favorite games, and she’ll happily challenge you to a friendly match.
At the end of the day, there’s nothing she enjoys more than curling up on the couch next to her favorite person and watching TV.
This precious gal is looking for a home that understands her needs and will help her continue to thrive. She would do best in:
-A family willing to do slow, thoughtful introductions with other dogs.
-A home with older children, as her playful puppy energy may be a bit much for little ones.
Rinny has so much love, loyalty, and joy to give. All she needs is someone willing to give her the chance she’s been patiently waiting for.
Could you be the one to give her the forever home she’s always deserved?

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
