Chase is a playful, goofy little pup, just 4 months old and about 15 pounds of pure joy. Rescued from the shelter’s critical list in Memphis, TN, this sweet boy has gone from a rough start to spreading boundless love and puppy energy!
He’s a natural at reading the room, especially other dogs; he adapts his play style perfectly to match theirs. Chase also knows how to melt hearts. He’ll plop his head on your shoulder for snuggles at a moment’s notice. He’s already working on “sit,” “down,” and coming when called, and he picks things up fast! He is house-trained when on a potty schedule.
Chase is the definition of an adventure buddy. Fetch? Tag with his foster brother? Yes, please. He’s up for hustle and cuddle in equal measure. Although he hasn’t met kids or cats yet, his gentle and adaptable nature makes us confident he’d shine in most households.
Chase is looking for a family who’s excited to guide his training, share snuggle time, and take him on all the adventures, big or small. Could that be you?

ATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS: You must attend training/behavior classes with your new dog unless you are an experienced dog owner and your adoption coordinator is comfortable with your experience. This requirement is for the benefit of you and your puppy, so if you experience behavior issues, you have a point of contact.
PLEASE—Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life. Do you have the time?
IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
Paws New England is a foster-based rescue. Our dogs reside in various locations throughout the South and New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
