Meet Archie, a snuggly, clumsy, and handsome Old English bulldog pup who loves being with his person.

Archie (along with his housemate, Rose--also up for adoption) were being “given away” after their owners decided to adopt new puppies. He was found to be very thin and had a cherry eye which needed repair. The eye surgery was done when he underwent his neuter.

Archie does well meeting new people and is great with kids.
He is house trained, crate trained, and responds wonderfully to redirections.

This handsome fellas enjoys walks, playing with toys, and snuggling with his human. He actually sits on his fosters lap every night before bed as she pets him until he almost falls asleep. How wonderful is that??

Archie would do best in a home with no other dogs or cats, but has shown playful behavior with a dog he met in the community. With continued training and adjustment, Archie could potentially enjoy spending time with other dogs on play dates.
Archie LOVES car rides, so much that he doesn’t want to get out of the car when it’s time to go in the house!
He does so well in all settings, including stores.

This precious boy also would do best in a household that has someone who has time to spend with him. He just craves love and attention.
And Archie’s energy is fantastic. He gets the zoomies (for about 5 seconds) and then he tires himself out. He’s still a puppy, so the energy is there, but in the most adorable short bursts:)

If you are looking for the bestest of best friends, you have found him!

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
