Meet Joe – A Good Old Country Dog with a Heart of Gold

Joe is a 10-year-old senior sweetheart who’s been around the block and still has plenty of love to give. Originally fostered through PAWS New England many years ago, he found his forever home—until his beloved mom sadly passed away. Without hesitation, his original foster stepped back in to give him the love and care he deserves once again.

Joe is a low-key, gentle soul who gets along great with other dogs, is living peacefully with a toddler, and even does well with cats—he’s the total package! Healthy, happy, and full of quiet charm, Joe is just looking for a calm home where he can relax, be loved, and enjoy his golden years.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s already got the house manners and a heart full of wisdom, Joe might just be your perfect match.

Please consider giving this wonderful senior boy a loving home—he’s earned it.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
