Meet Vanilla – the Adorable SUPERMUTT!

This sweet girl has quite the story. She was rescued from a veterinary clinic after her former owner brought her in with parvo—unvaccinated and sick. Thanks to the incredible care she received, she made a full recovery and spent two months winning hearts at the clinic before we were able to rescue her.

Vanilla is a fun-loving, outdoorsy pup with a big heart and a bigger personality! She’s full of love and ready for her next adventure (or cuddle session).

Here's what you need to know about this near-perfection girl!!

• Crate-trained champ – Sleeps peacefully with a covered crate and some tunes
• Car rides? Just getting used to cars - safest when crated for travel
• Cat-approved – Now peacefully coexisting with her feline friends
• Dog social butterfly – Loves other pups but still learning personal space (oops!)
• Outdoor enthusiast – Whether it’s sniffing, exploring, or lounging, she’s happiest outside
• Slow to warm up to men – But once she trusts you, she’s all in!
• Leash skills in progress – Needs some work but eager to learn
• Super smart & trainable – Quick learner, especially for love and praise
• Affection over treats – Snuggles > Snacks any day!

Vanilla is looking for a patient, loving home to help her grow into her best self. If you’re ready for a loyal, cuddly, and energetic companion, she just might be your perfect match!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
