Meet the Chocolate Delights! 🍫🐾

Six irresistible bundles of joy, mostly chocolate-colored with little splashes of white, are ready to melt your heart. These babies—five boys and one sweet girl—have a story of resilience. They were found abandoned with their mom in Mississippi, left in a crate by the side of the road. Thankfully, a kind soul brought them to the Tunica Humane Society, where their journey to a brighter future began.

We couldn’t resist when one of our amazing volunteers shared their photos, and we immediately said, “Yes!”

Their mom, a stunning and affectionate pocket pittie weighing just 35 pounds, has already found her forever home. While we can't promise size, we expect her pups to remain on the smaller side, around 35-40 pounds.

Currently, these pups are thriving in a loving foster home. They're playful, social, and brimming with health! Their first vet visit showed no medical concerns, and they’re scheduled for their second round of vaccines on February 7th, with travel planned about a week later.

These little chocolate delights are as sweet as they sound—super socialized, healthy, and full of puppy love. If you’re ready for a lifetime of tail wags, playful pounces, and unconditional love, one of these adorable pups might just be your perfect match! ❤️

The adoption fee also includes the transport fee when applicable

ATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS:  You must attend training/behavior classes with your new dog unless you are an experienced dog owner and your adoption coordinator is comfortable with your experience.  This requirement is for the benefit of you and your puppy, so if you experience behavior issues, you have a point of contact.

PLEASE—Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life. Do you have the time?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue. Our dogs reside in various locations throughout the South and New England.

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
