Meet Sasha Mama, the stunning husky with a heart as big as her beautiful eyes! This sweet, loving girl has been through so much, yet her spirit remains bright and full of love.

Dumped with her puppies on Christmas Eve, Sasha was rescued just in time by one of our amazing southern fosters. She was an incredible mom, nurturing and caring for her pups until they all found their forever homes. Now, it’s her turn to find the love she so truly deserves!

Sasha is the perfect companion for families with children aged 8 and older. She’s playful, affectionate, and has an exuberant personality that matches her high energy. Whether she’s enjoying with her favorite toys, playing with you, or going for walks, she will keep your heart full and your home lively.
And Mama has the typical husky vocalization that will surely keep you entertained.


She is crate trained and leash savvy, She has never been unattended while in the home and outside of the crate but has not had an accident. Sasha is easy to handle on walks and enjoys occasional car trips. However, Sasha is protective of her food, so she does need to be fed separately to ensure peace and happiness at mealtime.
She plays with other dogs at her foster home, and while never aggressive ,she does show dominance at times. She plats best with submissive dogs.

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.  

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
