Sammie Boy - LOCAL
Size: Large
Age: Adult
Gender: Male
Breeds: Crossbreed
Sammie Boy is a joyful, happy-go-lucky pup with a big heart and a true zest for life. With his stunning eyes and athletic hound build, he’s as handsome as he is loving. Sammie loves being with his people and is always up for an adventure — walks, hikes, car rides, or exploring new places.Age: Adult
Gender: Male
Breeds: Crossbreed
No Cats
After spending his early years living mostly outdoors in the South, he has adapted beautifully to home life. He is crate trained, potty trained, non-destructive, and a wonderful house guest. Sammie is playful, smart, treat-motivated, and knows basic commands. He loves toys (especially ones he can toss and chase!) and has a sweet, sometimes goofy personality.
Sammie does well with other dogs but is best matched with a dog of similar size, energy level, and play style. He is not a match for cats, and due to his enthusiasm, he may be too excitable for very young children. Because he’s an adventurer at heart, a secure fenced yard or an adopter committed to leash safety is required.
Sammie Boy is loyal, affectionate, and ready to be someone’s devoted adventure buddy and best friend.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
Paws New England is a foster-based rescue. Our dogs reside in various locations throughout the South and New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption veterinary costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter procedures when age-appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if required.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
