Meet Harlie, a true people pleaser with a heart full of love. Age: Adult
Gender: Female
Breeds: Pit Bull Terrier, Crossbreed
This sweet girl was welcomed into a loving home years ago, but due to changes within her family, they realized they could no longer give her the time and attention she truly deserved.
Now in her foster home, her favorite place to be is curled up on the couch right by your side, soaking up all the companionship she can get.
Harlie is fully house trained, doesn’t need a crate, and already knows her basic commands — and she’ll proudly offer her paw for a treat like the polite lady she is.
Harlie enjoys spending time outside chasing squirrels and getting her zoomies out, but she’s happiest when she’s back indoors with her humans. She has a playful spirit and fun, happy energy that makes every day brighter.
Her dream home would include another dog to keep her company and older kids who would love tossing a ball for fetch in the yard. Harlie has lived with kitties in the past and done well.
If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and well-mannered companion, Harlie might just be your perfect match.

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
