Max came into rescue after spending his early years as a breeding dog. When his most recent owner realized they couldn't give him the time and care he deserved, they made the heartfelt decision to help him find a better-suited home.
This boy is a social pup who does well with other dogs and is gentle and sweet with kids.
Crate trained and comfortable settling in for the night, Max is still working on his potty training but is making steady progress with a consistent routine. He’s a big fan of walks and is learning quickly how to be a perfect leash buddy.
Max is a decent little co-pilot and generally rides well in the car—but he’s a bit too smart for his own good when it comes to window buttons! He’s figured out how to roll them down, so child locks are a must unless you want an unexpected flying exit. His former owner also mentioned that Max has had the occasional car 'oopsie,' so maybe bring a towel just in case.
His playful energy and cuddly personality make him a great fit for a family, couple, or single person who will shower him with love.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
