Darla is a happy, friendly pup who loves everyone she meets. Whether it's people or other dogs, her playful spirit and loving nature shine through. She was found as a stray, so her past is a mystery, but she’s quickly proving herself to be a loyal and lovable companion.
She’s great on a leash and rides calmly in a crate during car rides. Darla shares a crate with a Beagle buddy and enjoys a daily routine that includes outdoor time, meals, and living room play when time allows. She especially thrives in the backyard where she can run and play to her heart’s content.
Darla has plenty of energy and would love a home where she can stay active and entertained. A canine playmate would be a huge plus, as she loves the company of other dogs. While she hasn't met any kids yet, her friendly personality suggests she could be a great fit for a family – she’ll be kid-tested soon to find out!
If you’re ready to give Darla the loving home she deserves – with plenty of belly rubs, playtime, and snuggles – she’s ready to meet you.
Let Darla bring a little more joy, love, and laughter into your life!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
