Meet Aiden – A Beautiful Resilient Sweetheart Looking for Her Forever HomeAge: Adult
Gender: Female
Breeds: Pit Bull Terrier, Crossbreed
Aiden is a brave survivor of a difficult dog fighting environment, but you’d never guess it from the way she loves—with her whole heart. This gentle soul is shy at first, but once she trusts you, she’ll be curled up in your lap in no time, soaking in every bit of affection.
Aiden is wonderful with people and gets along well with other dogs. She’s even done well in cat testing.
Her foster family is helping her continue to build confidence, especially with new experiences outside the home. She occasionally will get spooked and try to run inside, but a quiet moment of petting is enough to reassure her.
Aiden is crate trained and finds comfort in her crate during downtime. House training is a work in progress, and she does best with a consistent routine.
Due to her past, Aiden may never be fully comfortable off-leash—even in a fenced yard—but she walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys her strolls.
This perfect sized loving girl prefers a quiet, calm environment without small children. She could thrive as an only dog or may enjoy the company of a gentle dog sibling.
Aiden loves praise and pets even more than treats, and her favorite activities include playing fetch, going for short runs, and snuggling up on the couch afterward.
If you're looking for a loyal, low-key best friend who will be your biggest cheerleader during work-from-home days, Aiden might just be your perfect match.
Let’s give this special girl the safe, loving home she deserves.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
