Meet Lovely Lindy...
This pretty girl was pulled from a Texas shelter on what was supposed to be her last day (cue the dramatic movie music). A retired foster scooped her up just in time, and this brave, belly-full mama delivered her adorable litter like a champ.

After raising her pups, Lindy got spayed, powered through heartworm treatment like the strong Southern gal she is, and is now heartworm-free and loving life.

💖 Personality & Perks:

Professional cuddle buddy, especially after a nice walk or adventure.

Loves her humans and plays great with large dogs, prefers males.

Cats? Meh — when cat-tested, she gave them the ol’ “not impressed” look and moved on.

Small dogs and toddlers? Unknown, but her excitement level might be a bit much for the little ones, so we are saying over 12

House-trained (doggie door pro!) and working on her leash manners — her love of treats makes training a breeze.

Needs just a little boost into the SUV, but once she’s in, she’s all about the road trip vibes.

🌿 Ideal Home:
An active family or person who loves a good walk, hike, or adventure — followed by quality couch snuggles, of course. Miss Lindy isn’t “hyper,” just the perfect mix of energy and chill.

She’s spent her life making sure everyone else was taken care of — now it’s her turn! Could your home be the happily ever after this sweet mama deserves?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need
