Meet the Hooks Hound Litter—a group of resilient pups ready to find their forever homes! These lovable dogs were found abandoned in the woods as tiny puppies but, thanks to the kindness of a good Samaritan, they’ve been nursed back to health and are now thriving, fully vetted, and eager to start their new lives.Age: Young
Gender: Male
Breeds: Terrier, Hound

These pups are full of energy and fun!
Ollie is a little skittish, but not "hide under the bed" skittish. Just a little tentative until he's comfortable.
All do great with other dogs and people, though they may be a little too bouncy for small children. Older kids will love their playful personalities. They haven’t had much exposure to cats but can be tested if needed.
The Hooks Hounds would thrive in active homes where they get plenty of exercise and attention—they’re not couch potatoes and love running and playing in a big fenced yard.
They ride well in the car, always crated for safety, and are in the process of learning leash manners.
While they’ve had short crate training sessions, they haven’t been crated for long periods and are learning to signal when they need to go outside to potty since they have a doggy door in their foster home.
If you’re looking for a fun, loyal companion who will bring lots of joy to your life, one of the Hooks Hound pups could be your perfect match! They’re ready to embark on new adventures with a loving family.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need
