Rhett, just a good ole' boy loving his new life in New England!!!

Rhett is a fine young man who has been waiting far too long in foster care, and we aren't really sure why. He's a happy boy, very friendly. He won't make huge demands on you other than some exercise and love.

He's crate trained and predominantly housetrained. With a medium energy level, Rhett enjoys winding down after play sessions and simply chilling out. 15 minutes of zoomies and then snuggling on the couch for that whole season you've been wanting to binge watch.

Rhett isn't the type to be in your face; he's generally very friendly and submissive. He thrives on playing with his foster siblings, especially enjoying the role of big brother to puppies. While he would appreciate having a dog friend to hang out with, it's not a requirement for him.

He's a calm companion in the car, content to ride along without any fuss.

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.  

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
