Bella the Boxer
Age: Senior
Gender: Female
Breeds: Boxer, Crossbreed
Bella and Bruno (also up for adoption-https://pawsnewengland.com/adopt/pet-13511/) are a loving pair who have been together since they were tiny puppies. After the recent loss of their beloved mom, they’re in search of new forever homes where they can once again feel the love and attention they so dearly miss. Currently living in their late owner’s home with a relative who is often away, they’re eager for more companionship and playtime.
And their current home is on the market due to probate issues, so we are not sure how much time they have before becoming homeless.
Though they can get a little excited when someone comes to visit, they quickly settle down once they feel comfortable. They love snuggles, toys, and being around people. While Bella and Bruno would enjoy staying together, it isn’t essential—they simply want homes where they can run, play, and feel the warmth of a family again. They’re ready to bring joy and affection to their next forever home!
Bella is a boxer/pit mix that was saved from a flea market when she was only 5 weeks old. Bella went to puppy
training classes and doggy daycare when she was first adopted. She has never gotten into any arguments with other dogs or people and she even likes cats!
Bella has also been around small children and babies. She can be a little excitable, but doesn’t hurt them. She jumps super high and loves snuggling and chewing on toys. She is afraid of thunderstorms and will hide.
This girl is fully housetrained and loves to make her humans happy and will do anything they ask.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
