Buddy Boy, yes, not the most original name, but his foster said this is EXACTLY what he is…truly your BEST buddy!!!
This guy has the personality every pet adopter is looking for.
He is respectful and calm. He likes to chill and relax. He is inquisitive and listens well to direction.

Buddy was rescued as a baby with his siblings from a foster situation in Tennessee where they were not being properly cared for.

He is fully crate trained; enters on the command crate. And even naps in the open crate when he feels his need to.
Buddy is working on his house training (which he has had zero accidents in foster’s house so far.)

Even though he loves a good nap, He will accompany you on a walk and with his amazing leash skills, you don’t need to worry about his growing size pulling you down the road.

He is playful but only when you’d like him to be. Not in the mood? He can wait.
His likes are balls, long naps, and staring lovingly into your eyes until you give him a cookie. Oh he also likes baseball. (the ball part)

Buddy has the mannerisms of a puppy but the movements of a moose and the gallop of a Clydesdale with the face of an angel….a great silly combo!!
He has so much love to give to everyone; absolutely as amazing as they come.

\if you are looking for an older puppy who had acquired skills baby puppies don’t yet possess and prefer to know the full demeanor of the dog you are adopting… Buddy wins the day!

And will will say it again, he is the best Buddy you’re looking for.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
