There has never been a dog as perfect as sweet Tyla.

Tyla was found in a very rural area of North Mississippi. She was at an old abandoned house wearing a collar that was much too small and a broken chain hanging from it. She was spotted by a kind woman and her son, who saw Tyla sitting alone in the driveway. They immediately reached out to one of our southern fosters, and Tyla hasn’t spent one moment alone or afraid since that call.

This beauty immediately fit right in at her new foster home in MS. She got along well with all of her foster doggie siblings. She has a talkative rough and tumble play style with her canine mates.

Here is this girl romping with her playmate:

Tyla LOVES to go for car rides. She sits in the seat during trips, takes in all of the scenery, and is always ready for a road trip.

She is thoroughly house-trained, leash-trained, and crate-trained. She stayed in a crate at night while her southern foster parents worked during the day for the first week, but then stayed at home unattended and uncrated without any issues at all.

Tyla is wonderful with children. Her southern foster mom had grandchildren that are 9y/o, 2y/o and 4y/o. She loved them all. She got so excited when they come to play, and after she tired out from playing, she loved to snuggle them while they watch TV or play video games.

Dog savvy cats should be okay, but timid cats who run may not be a good match.

Tyla is now settling into her New England foster home. We think she will fit perfectly into almost any family. Her ideal family has a lot going on! This girl thrives off activity.

This girl is softer than she looks, sweeter than you can imagine and kinder than we deserve. She has a way of staring directly into your soul with her incredibly peaceful and kind eyes. It’s hard to describe without experiencing it. She really is the perfect dog!!

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
