Introducing Beveren, an adorable 4-month-old boy with a sleek ebony coat! He’s full of charm and energy, always ready for outdoor adventures like romping around, going for walks, and exploring the yard. His playful nature shines through in activities like tug o’ war and his quirky habit of collecting socks. He’s a big fan of being outside and might even protest when it’s time to go indoors.

Beveren is currently flourishing in his foster home with two teenager girls, a 5-year-old boy, and a fun canine friend who is also a Paws New England alumni! He’s embraced the dynamic atmosphere of his foster family, bringing his playful energy and affection to each member of the household.

Beveren is already crate and potty trained, and he’s learning basic commands like sit, down, and come, showing that he takes direction well. His favorite snacks are apples and carrots (perhaps he’s part horse, haha), and he’ll never say no to a bully stick. He’s mastered the art of waiting patiently for his meals to be prepared and then follows you to his food station.

Beveren is hoping to find a family that shares his love for being active and adventurous, while also enjoying cozy cuddle sessions on the couch in the evening, including him in all their adventures. He’ll make a wonderful, loving companion for anyone lucky enough to bring him into their home!

These precious angels were rescued from the streets of Memphis. Our southern rescue, All 4’s, had been feeding both momma and puppies for quite some time. Mom suddenly went missing. She was not able to be located, so they asked PAWS if we would take the pups into rescue. Needless to say, we obliged.

All of the puppies were well socialized in safe and loving southern foster homes.
Beveren is now in New England and just thriving.

They enjoy cuddling, playing, and of course toes…LOL

The “bunnies” would love a family that is committed to a puppy and all the training and TLC they will need to grow into amazing dogs!

PLEASE - Think long and hard before adopting a puppy - consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with - he cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he’s older, puppy proofing your home will be necessary, puppies scratch and nip so if you have small children, can they handle this?? Training will be so important in this puppy’s life, do you have the time??

Please consider purchasing this book before adopting.  Perfect Puppy in 7 Days - How to Start Your Puppy Off Right, Sophia Yin, DVM - it is an amazing book that we recommend very highly and have had amazing feedback on.

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
