Pretty Chow Chow girl!
Nori and her pup, Sushi, were living on the streets and All4s Rescue league took them in, partnering with PAWS NE to help this single mom and her tiny pup. Sushi has found his home, now it’s mama’s turn.
Nori is well socialized to people and has been an attentive, excellent mom, despite her young age.
She likes other dogs, all sizes.
She is house and crate trained.
Nori tolerates a crate well, but does not necessarily need it. She does not exhibit destructive behaviors in the home.
This girl also walks well on leash:)
Nori attentively listens to her person and has such a playful sweet spirit.
She would enjoy children over the squealing stages – say, 10 or so, and with excellent doggy manners.
Nori rides in a car well without any car sickness. Errand companion?
If not, She has shown no separation anxiety other than being watchful over her baby, Sushi.
Once she trusted the foster mom, Nori easily left an xpen and explored the large back yard.
Her best home will be securely fenced with a 6 foot fence as she can jump a 4 foot fence and does not even need a running start!
Nori gives you options….she can be an only dog or would enjoy a similarly temperamented doggy companion. Due to her breed, we strongly prefer an experienced big dog owner with Chow experience.

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
