Sweet, handsome Spot was left behind by his owners. Spot did not want to be alone in the cold!! He found Bambi, who needed a close friend to keep her warm and stay by her side. (Bambi is also up for adoption). They became very close friends and stayed side by side, protecting each other and keeping each other warm.

The children in the neighborhood kept an eye on Spot with his new friend and played with them. Spot enjoyed being around the children. He trusted them!

The day the rescuers came to save Bambi, there was Spot right by her side! Amazingly, the children got a leash on Spot right away. They picked him up and loaded him up in the van with his friend Bambi!

After going to the vet, Spot went to his new foster Mom’s house with his buddy Bambi. He was so happy!

Spot is loving and accepting of all the other dogs in his foster home, big and small. And, of course, he is always happy to be with his best friend, Bambi. He also loves his Lab puppy friend that lives with him as well. All the neighbor dogs get together for playgroup, and he has a good time. He has so many friends!

His foster Mom adores Spot. She says he is very smart and has already learned to sit. He is crate-trained and house-trained. He walks well on a leash and loves soft blankets and toys!

If you want an all-around sweet and loving family dog, Spot is your guy!

He will be so grateful and will love you forever!!

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
