Fiona is a total babe! She’s blonde, beautiful, totally buff, and have you seen her gorgeous eyes with that naturally perfect eyeliner !?!!
She’s funny, super smart, And this girl is confident! Have you seen her gorgeous eyes with that naturally perfect eyeliner !?!! To add to all that, she’s also sweet, snuggly, velvety soft, and full of love!
Don’t let her little legs fool you - she’s super quick, and she can jump high. This 40lb chunk has the strength of a dog much bigger. She’s also clumsy, wiggly, and goofy. She makes funny faces and noises and gets stuck upside down like a turtle on its back!
Things she loves: rides in the truck, walks in the woods, watching TV, her FOOD, ice cubes, praise, going to the vet, sitting on the back of the couch looking out the window, and…people! Fiona loves everyone and wants everyone to love her!
She also loves being clean. She goes right in the tub and lets you bathe her.
Fun Fact- she loves having her ears cleaned! You can trim her nails, take food out of her bowl while she’s eating, take things out of her mouth
Her not-so-favorite things: going out in the rain or when it’s extremely windy, vacuum cleaners and other random items, and sharing her food/toys with other dogs.
She (mostly) knows ‘sit’ and ‘come’ with low distraction. She’s learning ‘out’ and will let you have the ball.
She’s getting better at spending time in her kennel during the day. She’s excellent in her kennel at night - not a peep. We have another crate in the kitchen, and she goes in that one on her own and enjoys it.
She’s not a fan of being left alone but is making progress.
Princess Fiona will be her happiest self when she doesn’t need to compete for toys or attention, and it all belongs to her. And after toughing it out living on the streets of Memphis, TN… we say she deserves it!”

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
