Meet Blue!! If you are looking for a loyal, smart, people loving, affectionate, agile, hiking, jogging, one blue eyed girl, this lovely lady is meant for you!!
Blue was found as a stray with her canine partner. A young family with children had been feeding them, but they had to move away. Blue and her buddy were left wandering the streets in a high traffic area.
Luckily, a rescue person was notified by the young family and she helped get Blue and her friend to a foster very quickly!
Blue has since been in a foster home with many different types of dogs.
She goes to the fields, ponds and trails every day with a group of her dog foster friends.
Blue has a very independent nature. She is agile and fast. Loves to swim in the ponds and play “ catch me if you can”. She jumps high in the tall grass attempting to catch mice. She loves to meet new people! And gravitates toward older children. Blue is also very affectionate.
She is very smart and picks up on things quickly. She knows sit, she recalls, gets in her crate when asked and walks on a leash well.

When Blue is at home with her pack mates, she can become a bit bossy and annoying at times. Therefore, she would do best with laid back canine mates. Blue just wants to be the center of attention.
Blue has been around older children multiple times at her foster home; both young and older. She was also around the children of the people feeding her before they moved.
Blue will definitely make a great companion for an active person or family that wants a very loyal Buddy! She even loves car rides!
