This handsome fella is Atlan. He is a exuberant sweet boy who just loves to play. He also adores his people and wants to be right by your side.

Atlan was surrendered to his foster mom by his previous owners after testing positive for parvovirus due to financial hardship. He was hospitalized for treatment and recovered wonderfully.

This guy loves to play with other dogs….fetch, tug of war, etc. He also adores his squeaky toys.

Atlan has a puppy like personality and doesn’t always know his own size, so a home with older children would be best.
He has been introduced to cats, but likes to chase them, so no felines for this boy.

He loves going for long walks with his humans. He doesn’t get carsick and gets so excited to explore new places.

Atlan use a crate when left home alone, without issue.

This boy would do best in a household where his adopter(s) can be his leader and keep him on the right path. He is very smart, so would easily learn proper manners with structure, reinforcement and patience.

He is a warmhearted boy with so much love to give. He has high hopes of going on many adventures with his forever family. Perhaps you can offer this to him?

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
