Foxy Momma is a gentle, sweet, young momma dog. She is a puppy herself and loves to play with her pups, Timber, Lakota, and her adopted daughter, Tundra.

Foxy came from the streets of west Texas with her puppies. They had been on their own for some time, and a very kind lady took them in, then contacted us for help.

She is a little shy when she first meets men but warms up quickly.

The vet called her a GSD mix, but she is pretty small for that, but whatever she is, she is beautiful ginger.

She walks well on a leash and rides well in a car. We have not noticed any anxiety when we leave her. She loves toys and running and doing zooming in her new big pen. She is in an outside pen with the pup, so we do not know if she has any house training. She did ride in a crate from west Texas very well.

Foxy Momma is now spayed and done with a life on the streets of Texas. She would love a new life with a family of her own, soft beds and tennis balls to chase.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
