This is Pearlene, a name that fits her very well. In addition to her pearly white coat, she has beautiful green eyes and white eyelashes. This girl does not know a stranger!

Pearlene found her way to foster care after being picked up at a local business. No owner ever came forward…their loss, our gain! Foster mom says she is a perfect mix of funny and cuddly.

Pearlene is still “all puppy”, so will need a home committed to continued socialization and training. This gal loves food and treats so should be easy to train. She already knows “sit”, knows “kennel”, she sits for her meals and kennels for treats.

Pearlene loves water and loves to swim in her puppy pool. She loves to stick her head underwater and to get her face wet and blow bubbles. She loves to play with other foster dogs in her foster home. One of her favorite toys is a stick or anything else that might be found in the yard.
She loves outings and especially loves going to Atwood’s with her mom (see videos below). She also sometimes gets to go to work with Mom and is loved by everyone there.

Pearlene is crate trained, never has accidents in her crate, whether at home or at work. She loves going for car rides. She’s fine on a leash, pulls a little bit, working on “heel”. Fine with kids she met out in public, but is not currently living with children. She might be a little exuberant for young kids because she does plays hard.

You will not find a dog that loves everyone more than this girl and when she looks at you, she cocks her head and wrinkles her nose, it is so very cute!!!

Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.  

Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.

Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
