Mica is a 1 ½ year old Lab/Australian Cattle Dog mix who weighs 51 lbs. She has a sweet, joyful, loyal and enthusiastic personality. She loves long hikes in the woods, her chew toys and tug of war, as well as cuddling and hanging out on the couch. She is house trained, is eager to learn and has mastered some commands such as heel, sit, wait, down, drop it (most of the time), give me a paw, go to your place. She loves car rides and sleeps beautifully without a sound in her crate.

She has endured some medical issues around her spaying (the vet thinks) , namely occasional incontinence, which has been greatly controlled with daily medication and diet. Each day she’s taking 1 Encurin, 1 Desuquin, 1 probiotic, 1 Fish Oil, and some herbal urinary gummies. She’s on 3 Hills c/d urinary cans (chicken and vegetable stew) and ½ cup a day of kibble a day. Her “leaks” are infrequent - as of now they happen about once every three weeks, and we have adjusted her medication to reduce even that.

She still needs some work on respectfully greeting both people and fellow canines (she likes to jump - has NO aggressive tendencies at all), and dealing with some separation anxiety and crate training.

She is a wonderful, loving pup who will make some family very happy. She would love open spaces where she can run and play, and if there’s an understanding older dog who can accept puppy energy, she would love a playmate, but has also been fine as a “single.”
