Meet your next pet, Peeve! She is a happy girl. She has a cute little waddle to her step, loves people, and will follow you everywhere you go. She is a special needs, she is deaf. She thinks she is a perfect girl and doesn’t realize it or let if bother her!
Peeve does very well with other dogs and is great with kids!
She was surrendered to the local shelter after having several large litter of puppies. The shelter felt that since she was deaf, she would never get adopted and her stay at the shelter would end tragically. That is when PNE accepted her into rescue and literally saved her life.
Her ideal home would be one with a family that’s home a lot. She’s very friendly but doesn’t like a crate or being alone a long time. She doesn’t like anyone coming around her in the crate and would bark at her foster mom at first. Now it’s been a few weeks and she’s is doing better but would not recommend crate training for a new owner.
