Even after being heartlessly abandoned near a truck stop in Domino, Texas, this precious girl has never lost her faith in hoomans. Domino is a happy, affectionate, loyal, and devoted little soul who only wants to be loved. This well-behaved, social butterfly enjoys bellyrubs, ear scratches, snuggles with her people, squirrel watching, and car rides.
We all have our vices, and Domino is not a big fan of small, fast-moving creatures as they tend to startle her. She gets along well with other dogs her size and larger. For these reasons, Domino is searching for a furever family that does not have small children or pets. (Squirrels to watch outside, would however, be a bonus.)
With a moderate energy level, this amazing girl would make a great hiking partner. If her hoomans want to Netflix-and-Chill, she can get down with that too - though her favorite movie genres and snacks have not yet been determined. (Likely Domino will prefer tv shows and movies starring squirrels.)
Domino is house trained, crate trained and walks perfectly on a leash. She minds her barkhole; not spouting off incessantly, and she does not chew on things that do not belong to her. She is calm when left alone, but she would appreciate a window to look out with a view of … squirrels.
If you are looking for a perfect tailwagger that will provide you endless love and affection, and years of comic relief, she might be your Domino in the Ruff.
