This young girl was found running around the streets of TN with a dog friend by her current foster mom. She is now flourishing in her foster home and absolutely loving being an adored inside pooch.

Michelle was noted to have several areas spots of hair loss when she was found. She was evaluated by a local vet and given topical and oral medication. The skin itself is now healing fine. Their best guess was that she experienced some type of trauma…perhaps old road rash that has healed. There is no need to do anything else for her. It will just take time to grow that beautiful fur back.

Michelle is thought to be about a year old, but may be a bit younger as she is still very puppy-like. She is very playful and gets along great with other dogs. She also absolutely adores people. She is very smart and is learning proper house manners. As with any puppy/very young adult, Michelle will need continued training and structure to become the best dog she can be. She is well on her way!

Michelle crates well at her foster home after a little coaxing to get inside.. can you say treat? She has not had any accidents in her crate or in the house when regularly taken outside. She also does well on a leash with just a little pulling. She is gentle and willingly shares her chew bones and toys with both her humans and foster siblings.
