Bellini
Age: Adult
Gender: Female
Breeds: Pit Bull Terrier
Name: Bellini
Nicknames: Bee, Beep, Beepers, Auntie Bee
Before Paws New England: Was thrown out of a moving car but luckily picked up by a kind soul and brought into rescue
Physical doppelganger: supermodel with legs for days
Personality doppelgänger: here comes the clown
Energy Level: Medium to high depending on her mood. Lots of naps with moments of zoomies
Talent: Playing Auntie Bee to all of the other foster dogs. Big and small, young and old, she wants to be friends with all. She’s the first to welcome each dog and tolerates just about anything they can dish out. She also loves to bring you your slippers at the end of a long day at work - she doesn’t chew them, just finds the ones that belong to you and brings them proudly to you.
What we love most: she loves big and wants nothing more than to be by your side.
What she loves most: People. Cuddling. Dogs, and she thinks everyone should play with her.
Toys. Stuffies, balls, paper towel rolls, cardboard boxes. She’s great at helping you with the recycling breakdown.
What you can expect: you’ll never sit alone on the couch again.
Kids: Sure! Kids over 12 as she’s still just a big puppy and again, loves big!
Dogs: Yes please. Would love a dog who would appreciate her awkward play invitations and can keep up with her
Cats: Yes
House-trained: yes and willingly kennels up on command
Crate-trained: Yep!
Bonus tidbit: she sneezes on command
Bellini has proven to be great with even the smallest of puppies.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.
Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter when age appropriate, and heartworm testing/treatment when necessary), a microchip, and transportation to New England if necessary.
Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.
